What can you ask us?

The questions we field most: whether a specific used home's label and title check out, what a full project would run in your county, which loan programs fit a credit situation, and whether a piece of land will take a home without budget-breaking site work. If we don't know the answer, we'll say so and point you to whoever does — usually TDHCA.
